Who It's For
New agents, this is a mandatory course that all brokers must take within two years of being licensed as a broker.
Our classes are ENTERTAINING, ENGAGING, and EDUCATIONAL. You will learn all that is needed to know to pass the state exam and become a legendary agent.
Please Note: This course is only offered in-person intermittently. For that reason, we recommend taking advantage of the online course option.
Effective July 1, 2025, to become a Managing Broker, you must pass a new state exam administered by Pearson VUE, in addition to the 24-hour course.
