FREQUENTly Asked Questions
All established real estate agents and brokers must complete continuing education annually (or per the state’s required cycle) to maintain their active license status.
We provide a wide variety of online courses, including topics such as:
How to Write an Effective CMA
Running a Better Brokerage
How to Think Like an Appraiser
Agent Safety
Title Cases You Won’t Believe
… and many others.
We also bundle 12-hour CE packages that satisfy annual requirements, including the managing broker education components.
We offer multiple course formats to fit your schedule and learning style:
Online / Self-Paced: Complete the course on your own time, at your own pace.
Virtual / Live Online: Join live instructor-led sessions remotely.
In-Person / Classroom: Attend class at our Indianapolis location.
We schedule virtual and in-person CE classes throughout the year. To view upcoming live or virtual sessions, visit our CE page at https://indianarealestateinstitute.com/courses/continuing-education/.
Yes — our CE packages include all managing broker requirements, so you can fulfill both your agent and broker continuing education obligations in one package
Our online CE courses are more than static slides with voiceovers. We incorporate recordings of live, in-front-of-audience sessions with instructors, making the experience more engaging and realistic
Absolutely. Our online/self-paced courses let you log in anytime, progress at your own pace, pause and resume, and finish when it’s convenient for you.
Because our online offerings include recorded live sessions, you can revisit missed content. (This is part of how our online program is structured vs. a static slide-only model.)
You should check with us in advance to ensure that the recording covers the same material as the live class you missed.
You can register via our online portal for self-paced CE courses. For virtual and in-person classes, registration links are posted for each scheduled session.
